Summary

United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Administration Improvement Act of 2001 - Authorizes the Court of Veterans Appeals, to defray the expenses of judicial conferences, to impose a registration fee on active participation.

Directs that the periodic registration fee on persons admitted to practice before the Court be used for purposes including conducting investigations and proceedings, as well as for the expenses of judicial conferences and other activities and programs designed to support and foster bench and bar communication and relationships or the study, understanding, public commemoration, or improvement of veterans law or of the work of the Court.

Authorizes the Court to exercise administrative authorities applicable to other Federal courts.
