Summary

Deafy Glade Land Exchange Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey to Solano County, California, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the parcel of land in the Mendocino National Forest comprising approximately 82 acres and known as the Fouts Springs Ranch, as depicted on the map entitled "Fouts Springs-Deafy Glade: Federal and Non-Federal Lands" and dated July 17, 2008, if the county conveys to the United States all right, title, and interest of the county in and to four parcels of non-federal land acceptable to the Secretary and which consists of approximately 160 acres identified on such map.

Requires Solano County to pay the costs of the survey, appraisal, and other administrative costs related to the land exchange.

Requires the acquired non-federal land to be added to and administered as part of the Mendocino National Forest.
