To remove restrictions from a parcel of land in Paducah, Kentucky.
The bill directs the Department of the Interior to remove all deed restrictions from approximately 3.62 acres at 2956 Park Avenue on the Paducah Memorial Army Reserve Center in Paducah, Kentucky. The restrictions being removed include easements, exceptions, reservations, terms, conditions, and covenants from a quitclaim deed executed on April 27, 2012, when the Interior Department conveyed the land to the City of Paducah. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) sponsored the bill, which was presented to the President on September 3, 2026.
