Continental Divide National Scenic Trail Completion Act
S. 1470, sponsored by Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-NM), directs the Department of Agriculture and Department of the Interior to complete the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail within 10 years and establish a joint Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management team to oversee the project.
