Ron Johnson (R-WI), allows Congress to disapprove multiple regulations under a single joint resolution instead of requiring separate resolutions for each one, but only for regulations submitted during the final year of a President's term. Currently, the Congressional Review Act allows Congress to review and reject regulations submitted in the last 60 legislative days of a Congress, but each joint resolution can disapprove only one regulation at a time. This bill streamlines that process by enabling multiple related regulations to be disapproved together in one vote.
