An Act amending the act of December 4, 1996 (P.L.911, No.147), known as the Telemarketer Registration Act, further providing for definitions, for registration requirement, for unlawful acts and penalties, for blocking of caller identification and other telemarketing screening products or services prohibited, for unwanted telephone solicitation calls prohibited, for violations and for investigation.

An Act requiring manufacturers of digital electronic equipment to make available to owners and independent repair providers, on fair and reasonable terms, documentation, parts and tools used to diagnose, maintain and repair digital electronic equipment; and imposing a penalty.

An Act amending the act of October 9, 2008 (P.L.1363, No.100), known as the Crane Operator Licensure Act, further providing for title of act; in preliminary provisions, further providing for short title and for definitions and providing for applicability; in State Board of Crane Operators, further providing for board and for powers and duties of board; in licensure, further providing for licensure, for qualifications, for duration of license, for reporting of multiple licensure and for license without certification and providing for qualifications for licensure as well driller, for legacy well drillers, for examination for licensure as well driller, for bonding and insurance for well drillers, for continuing education for well drillers, for professional standards and industry regulations for well drilling, for additional reporting requirements for well drillers, for sampling, for well driller license identification and for drilling company and rig registration; in administration and enforcement, further providing for violation of act, for refusal, suspension or revocation of license and for temporary and automatic suspensions; and making a repeal.

An Act establishing the Pennsylvania Artist Fellowship Grant Program; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts; and making appropriations.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in educational tax credits, further providing for limitations and providing for termination of authority; providing for education options tax credits; establishing the Accountability for Diverted Tax Dollars Restricted Account; providing for scholarship granting organizations, for application by eligible contributors, for scholarships, for educational improvement programs, for low-achieving schools, for school participation in program and for original jurisdiction; and imposing duties on the Department of Community and Economic Development, the Department of Education, the Department of Revenue, the Auditor General, the Independent Fiscal Office and the State Treasurer.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in school health services, providing for eating disorder awareness and education.

An Act amending Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in sentencing, further providing for sentence of total confinement; in licensing of drivers, further providing for notice of acceptance of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, for the offense of driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and for ignition interlock limited license; in miscellaneous provisions relating to serious traffic offenses, further providing for homicide by vehicle while driving under influence; and, in driving after imbibing alcohol or utilizing drugs, further providing for the offense of driving under influence of alcohol or controlled substance, for grading, for penalties, for ignition interlock, for prior offenses and for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition.

An Act amending the act of May 26, 1947 (P.L.318, No.140), known as the CPA Law, further providing for requirements for issuance of certificate.

An Act amending the act of July 9, 1970 (P.L.484, No.164), entitled "An act relating to indemnification agreements between architects, engineers or surveyors and owners, contractors, subcontractors or suppliers and indemnification agreements relating to snow removal or ice control services," providing for void and unenforceable provisions or terms in construction contracts; and making editorial changes.

An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), known as the Human Services Code, in children and youth, further providing for payments to counties for services to children and for review of county submissions.

An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in game or wildlife protection, further providing for regulations and for unlawful activities; and, in hunting and furtaking, repealing provisions relating to hunting on Sunday prohibited, further providing for unlawful devices and methods and for trespass on private property while hunting and repealing provisions relating to hunting on Sunday without written permission.

An Act amending Title 66 (Public Utilities) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in restructuring of electric utility industry, providing for virtual power plant program.

An Act amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for data center ordinance assistance.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in school health services, providing for student mental health awareness.
